My guess here is that Josh snuck out to the couch in the middle of the night and had plans to sneak back into the bed before Niko woke up (because he is an ornery little crumpet), but Niko had to get up to take a leak or something and OH NO. SECRET MISSION FAILED, JOSH. He has spotted you being affectionate.

I won't tell anyone.

(Also Josh's hair is kind of adorable and I kind of want to pet it. But I think he would stab me with his bony little elbows. Niko is a lucky git.)
