INTERESTING TO NOTE. Vera's "magic" - the stuff he's been using to throw up all those handy force fields and flashy sparks - is actually fueled by his blood. Which means that by now, he is not feelin' so great. And he's about to get arrowed by a lovely lady.

It is up to you whether that is better or worse than being rescued by a naked dude standing on top of your robot.

(It was nice of Nigel to pick up his jacket from the cliff's edge so Hunter didn't like melt his feet off in this shot. Or maybe he just values durable mercerized material at a reasonable price.)

Why does Hunter's hand smell like monkey? The world may never know.

(Also, that panel wherein Hunter channels both Bruce Campbell AND Die Hard at the same time was magnificently colored, once again, by Miss *manic-pixie. Seriously, you guys! Temples in the shadow of the arthand!)
